- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Wow! I have been so impressed with this little home away from home. My daughter started at Heartland this year (2010), and has already shown great growth emotionally. The school is catered to the children, not the adults. The children take ownership of their classroom, becoming the leaders themselves. Which teaches them to become leaders in life. The teachers are calm and peaceful and great examples to the children! There is no busyness or rushing from project to project. You can send your kids to school knowing they are absorbing this peacefulness. If you are looking for a loving, nurturing, safe home away from home where your children can engage with other like minded children, then this is the school for you too!
